Welcome to Queer Suits You! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your use of our services and website.

1. General Information

Queer Suits You is a tailoring service based in Portsmouth, UK. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide two tailoring packages:

  • Suit Yourself (Remote Service)

  • Suited Together (In-Person Service)

Detailed service descriptions are available on our website.

3. Booking & Consultation

  • Consultations are by appointment only.

  • Remote consultations require accurate measurements taken with assistance from a buddy.

​

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for the Suited Together package at the consultation.

  • Full payment is required upfront for the Suit Yourself package.

  • Payment options and methods are communicated during booking.

​

5. Alterations

  • Suited Together: One free alteration is included, this alteration will require travel within 50 miles of our home office. 

    • Your free alteration must be booked in no later than 3 months after receipt of the garment. ​

  • Suit Yourself: Alterations are not included.

​

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are not accepted.

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our services.

  • Returns are not accepted.

7. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery options depend on the service selected and will be agreed on order. Extra charges may apply.

8. Liability​

  • We are not liable for inaccuracies caused by incorrect measurements provided for the Suit Yourself package.

  • We are not liable for any reactions or sensitivity to skin due to the materials used in our products.

  • We are not liable for any damages to the garments.

  • Our total liability to the customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the business shall in no circumstances exceed 100% of the value of the goods.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Discounts

The validity of discount codes can be revoked at any time. The standard timeframe to redeem discount codes is within 6 months of promotion. ​

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
